By submitting this application, you acknowledge that participate in the Southwest Iowa Hot Air Balloon Races is not guaranteed. Our team reviews all vendor submissions and reserves the right to accept or decline any vendor at our discretion.
To maintain a balanced and enjoyable experience for attendees, we may limit the number of vendors offering similar food items. For example, we cannot accommodate multiple vendors selling the same product due to event size and space limitations.
Submitting this dorm does not create a contract or commitment. Approved vendors will receive confirmation and additional event details.
These should be received no later than September 1, 2026. Vender
positions will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
